Refund policy

Returns, Replacements & Store Credit — Last updated: [01 12, 2025]

  1. No Refunds
    Menmai Orna does not offer cash refunds. We provide replacements or store credit only.

  2. Eligibility for Replacement / Store Credit

    • You may request a replacement or store credit within 3 days from delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

    • For damaged, defective, or wrong items, contact us within 3 days of delivery with unboxing video

  3. Non-returnable items

    • Customised or personalised jewellery and sale items are non-returnable and eligible for replacement/store credit only if proven defective on arrival.

  4. Process to Request Replacement / Store Credit

    • Email us at menmaiorna@gmail.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).

    • We’ll inspect the claim and respond within 7 business days with next steps.

    • If approved, you can choose either:
      a) Replacement — we’ll ship a replacement item (shipping fees may apply depending on reason), or
      b) Store Credit — issued as a digital voucher/code equal to the product value (valid for 6 months).

  5. Shipping & Charges

    • If return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), we cover return shipping and replacement shipping.

    • If return is due to customer preference (size/change of mind), the customer pays return shipping and any re-shipment charges.

  6. Store Credit Terms

    • Store credit is valid for 6 months from issue.

    • It can be used on any product on our website unless explicitly excluded.

    • Store credit is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

  7. How long refunds (store credits) take

    • Once approved, replacements will be shipped within 3–7 business days; store credit codes will be issued within 3 business days.
