Thank you for shopping with Menmai Orna. We aim to deliver your jewellery quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping details below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During festivals, sales, or high-order periods, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll keep you updated.

2. Shipping Time

Once dispatched, your order will typically take:

  • 3–7 business days for delivery within India
    (Delivery time depends on your Pincode and courier service availability.)

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping rates apply and will be visible at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions — if applicable, it will be mentioned on the website.

  • For bulk orders, shipping charges will be shared during order confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order’s movement at any time using the tracking number provided.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please provide accurate address and contact details at checkout.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer,
    re-shipping charges will apply.

  • If the package returns to us, we will contact you for the correct address, but refunds will not be issued (as per No Refund Policy).

6. Delays & External Factors

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Courier partner delays

  • Strikes, lockdowns, or uncontrollable disruptions
    But we will support you with tracking updates until the parcel reaches you.

7. Damaged or Opened Packages

If you receive a parcel that is:

  • Damaged

  • Tampered

  • Opened

  • Empty

Please record a video while unboxing and contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
We will assist you immediately as per our Replacement/Store Credit policy.

8. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. International shipping will be added soon.
