1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Menmai Orna, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions along with our Return & Refund, Shipping, and Privacy policies.

2. Definitions

  • “Goods” means the jewellery items offered for sale.

  • “Order” means your request to purchase Goods from us.

  • “You”, “Your” refers to the customer.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise).

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. But once your order is confirmed and payment done, the price is locked in.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

  • Once an order is confirmed and you receive a confirmation email/SMS, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed for any reason — including change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preferences.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Use
All content on the website — product images, descriptions, design — is owned by Menmai Orna. You may not reuse, reproduce, or use them without our permission.

6. Liability & Warranty

  • We ensure quality checks before dispatch. But if there is any defect or damage during shipping — report within 3 days for resolution.

  • We are not liable for damage caused after delivery (e.g. due to misuse, tampering).

7. Changes to Policies
We may update these policies from time to time. We will notify customers by updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu.
